Our Wedding Management support starts 12 weeks out. While our time together will be brief, you can still take advantage of our Holistic Wedding Planning approach. This service is perfect for couples who have planned everything themselves - from hiring vendors to doing their own wedding design - but are eager to trust and hand off the entire wedding day plans to the experts. You deserve this!

how do we know if you're the right WEDDING COORDINATOR for us?

can you attend the venue walkthrough?

Yes, of course. Attending the venue walkthrough with your caterer and any other vendor that's not familiar with your wedding venue is a must. At this time, we'll have a tentative timeline drafted, as well as the ceremony, cocktail and reception layouts.


what kind of setup support do you provide on the day of?

Our team takes care of table top decor placement such as table numbers, place cards, favors, signage, ceremony programs, etc. If you’re planning more decor, we can discuss an additional setup fee in advance to ensure everything looks just the way you want it!

if we need help finding a last minute vendor, could you help?

Yes, we can. We add a production fee of 12% to any vendor that our team hires. This is to compensate our time dedicated to vetting potential vendors, requesting proposals, and finalizing the contract with the vendor of your choice.

Meet Esme Krahn, the wedding planner with a record number of handwritten cards that read “We couldn’t have done it without you”.

A Washington, DC Metro Area wedding and event planner, designer and creator, Esme’s love for wedding planning started in 2004 and is still going strong 20 years later. She believes in the power of love, in connecting with clients on a personal level, and in attracting incredible clients who appreciate her sense of calm, kindness and patience.

Working with loving couples is a joy for Esme, as is helping her clients feel calm and grounded throughout the wedding planning journey. From narrowing down color palettes to coming up with a fresh and personal take on a classic wedding theme, Esme takes pride in every single detail.

When not planning weddings with her team, Esme enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, and the company of her husband, Joe - soon to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary! - her four children, and two black labs - Jedi & Jyn. She practices yoga and meditation, enjoys learning about the power of crystals, and is an amateur baker in her spare time (Sally's Baking Addiction is her not-so-secret resource!).
