My now-husband and I first discovered Bodamaestra through our venue’s list of preferred day-of coordinators. We were required by the venue to select one of these coordinators and truthfully, it’s the only reason we looked into having a day-of coordinator/planner at all. But now looking back, I am so grateful to our venue for having this requirement that ended up leading us to Esme, as this was possibly the best decision we made concerning our wedding.

We ended up contracting Esme for planning, design, and florals. Every time we spoke with her was productive, reassuring, and friendly. She listened to us on what we wanted and found ways to make it happen with the budget we had, but she also was able to offer suggestions and guidance concerning the things we weren’t sure about. She was behind us every step of the way for over a year of our planning journey, with scheduled planning sessions over video, as well as lots of email communication. She kept on top of us with reminders concerning schedule, and was always quick to bring up things that we had never considered before.

On the day of, Esme was everywhere all at once! One moment that stands out is when I had a tricky moment with my dress, and as if summoned magically, Esme appeared, sewing kit in hand, ready to fix the problem! This is just one small thing; there were a million things that Esme managed over the months leading up to the wedding day, and a million more things on the day itself. Nobody knew we were off schedule, everything went so well as if it was planned that way!
